There is a spacious family lounge/diner with flat screen TV, video player, BlueRay player and Freeview box. French ds to rear garden.
The dining area has a table with chairs.

Morning sun lounge with comfortable seating and French doors to the rear garden.

Afternoon lounge with comfortable seating and TV.

The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, combination oven, microwave and Rangemaster 5 pan electric hob, dishwasher, and plenty of plates, cups, cutlery, etc.

To the first flor there are three bedrooms, The master bedroom has kingsize bed and walk in wardrobe. There is another bedroom with kingsize bed, and a bedroom with two single beds.

All beds include linen.

There are two bathrooms. One with large corner shower, w/c and sink. and one with  bath having shower over, w/c and sink.

There is an enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ. The rear gate leads you to the beach.

To the front there is parking for 2 cars on the drive. There is also a wooden bench table for sitting and catching the afternoon sun.

Gas & Electricity are included in the rental.

Please bring with you TOWELS etc.

There is a £40 booking fee.

The House is absolutely lovely and so well equipped that there is nothing else what I can think on. We most enjoyed the beautiful garden with the direct access to the sea. The garden is an excellent place to relax and the whole area is quiet and nice. A wonderful place to stay.
