We are an independent family run business, established in 1983 and situated in the historic Cinque Parts Town of New Romney.
Our specialities are property sales, residential lettings and holiday home rentals.
The sales market has always been very active across the Romney Marsh and it is a very desirable area to live in, especially since the fast rail links to London, which has made us a commuter belt area.
The residential lettings market has undergone a prolific growth in recent years and it looks like this is set to continue. We have played a fundamental role in this across the Romney Marsh, having created many successful tenancies.
The self-catering holiday home market is becoming more and more popular and our beautiful corner of Kent has much to offer people who holiday here, creating year-round rentals. We have many families who return year after year, including a large number of visitors from overseas. We offer flexibility and a full management service for you.
