|67 Coast Drive is a spacious executive family house with DIRECT ACCESS to the beach & dunes.
This Premier property has sleeping for up to 10 persons. The house has a lovely welcoming feel as soon as you walk in. The feeling of space and comfort adds to the holiday atmosphere. From the lovely views to the decking with table & chairs, its a great place to come and stay. There are also body boards for surfing the waters edge, games and things to do for the evenings. Keeping the kids amused is certainly covered here.
There is even a heated outside shower to wash off the sand before going back indoors after a visit to the beach.
There are 4 bedrooms.
The first floor master bedroom has super king bed & en-suite bathroom WC. It also has doors to the balcony & superb sea views.
There are two ground floor bedrooms with king size beds, and a ground floor children's room having 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeping up to 4).
The open plan living room has large flat screen smart TV & comfortable seating. There is also a dining room with table & chairs to seat 10.
Doors from the lounge lead to a first floor conservatory which has comfortable seating, a table & chairs & superb views of the sea. Further doors lead to a balcony with glass sides, also having superb sea views.
The fitted kitchen offers dishwasher, fridge, wine fridge, gas hob, electric oven microwave and of course enough crockery & cutlery, etc for everyone.
There is a WC upstairs.
The rear of the ground floor has a utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer. This room has plenty of space for wellies, surf boards, etc.
Front. Parking for several cars.
Rear. Heated shower to wash off after a trip to the beach.
Tiered garden with path, lawns & top decking area having sea views table & seating.
There are several bikes which you may use if you wish. (Used at your own risk)
Sorry no animals allowed.
BED LINEN TOWELS & BEACH TOWELS are included in the rental.
There is a £250 security deposit. Returned within 14 days of your departure.
