'Saltaire' 146, The Parade has been modernised and improved by the current owners.
The detached bungalow is situated along the coast road and has lovely views across the Romney bay from Dover to Dungeness.
The property has a sun lounge across the front with comfortable seating so you can relax and watch the world go by.
The living room has 40" flat screen tv with freeview and ample seating.
The modern kitchen has eye level double oven/grill, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc as well as views to the sea.
There are 3 bedrooms, all having 24" TV with a built in DVD, wardrobe, chest of drawers and vanity sink.
There is one double bedroom, one with two single beds and one with bunk beds.
There is a shower room & a separate WC.

The bungalow has gas central heating and double glazing.

There is a driveway with parking for up to 3 cars.

The rear the garden is patio and lawn. There is wicker furniture, swingball and a BBQ.
The garage is used as a games room with a junior snooker table, table football and a magnetic dart board.
The Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Railway runs to the rear of the garden. It stops nearby, so you can have a fun trip if you wish. A firm favourite for the whole family.

Gas and electricity are included in the rental.

The holiday home is furnished.

Please bring with you any BEACH TOWELS etc.

Animals allowed. Max 2 pets. £35 per pet per week.
