'Seaspray'which has been recently extended and updated, is a lovely house, hidden away in a very peaceful area of Dymchurch & has been maintained to a high standard.
It offers very comfortable accommodation for a maximum of six persons. It is ideal for couples or families & offers excellent value for money.

There is a spacious lounge/diner with flat screen TV, video player, DVD player and Freeview box.
The dining area has a table with chairs.

The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer, microwave and electric cooker.

There is also a downstairs WC.

There are three bedrooms, two with a double beds and one with twin beds.

The master bedroom has an en-suite.

All beds are equipped with Duvets.

The bathroom has a bath with shower over and a WC.

There is an enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ.

Gas & Electricity are included in the rental.

BED LINEN is available for hire on request in advance at a cost of £35.
Please bring with you TOWELS etc.

There is a £40 booking fee.

The House is absolutely lovely and so well equipped that there is nothing else what I can think on. We most enjoyed the beautiful garden with the direct access to the sea. The garden is an excellent place to relax and the whole area is quiet and nice. A wonderful place to stay.

We stayed at this property 2 years ago and are looking forward to returning this summer. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our holiday. The layout is comfortable and spacious - the kitchen is small but adequate and there is a large porch which was good for storing shoes, boots, coats etc. There is a gate at the bottom of the garden which gives direct access to a great sandy beach. Kids thought it was brilliant they also enjoyed our day on the Hythe and Dymchurch railway.

The description was accurate regarding all the information we had. The home was very clean, well -maintained, nice decorated, and well provide for children. I have already recommended this house to family with kids, because it is a perfect location to take a holiday with little children. We liked the environment, and we enjoyed very much our meals in Rye, restaurant "G" is perfect. The only place that has disappointing us was our visit to "Sissinghurst". It wasn't as nice as we expected.

The holiday home was well maintained, we had a lovely stay, we will recommend this property to family and friends. We will also come back for a next holiday.
