'Shores Reach' is very popular and books up quickly, for holidays throughout the year.

There are three bedrooms: one double, one with twin beds, and one with bunk beds.

All beds have DUVETS.

There is a kitchen which is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine.

The conservatory has a dining table and chairs, & double doors opening to the patio area with table, seating and steps to the sloping lawn & Dunes. At the top of the garden there is a raised deck with table & seating, having views across the Dunes to the beach & sea.

The lounge has adequate seating for 6 people with flatscreen TV having freeview and a DVD player.

The shower room has a corner shower and w/c.

There is ample parking for several cars on the long driveway.

Gas and electricity are included in the rental.

This property sleeps a maximum of six persons.

Dogs are allowed when on a course of 'Programme'. Pet charge £35 per week per pet. Max 2 pets.

The holiday home is furnished with BED LINEN PROVIDED BETWEEN APRIL & THE END OF SEPTEMBER. FOR ALL OTHER TIMES THERE IS A £30 CHARGE. Please let us know if you require linen during the off season.

Please bring with you any TOWELS etc.
