To the rear of this is a wet room with shower & WC. Ideal for washing off after a visit to the beach.
The First Floor offers a double bedroom with en-suite WC.
Also a spacious L-shaped living room.
This double aspect room has an open fire, two settee's, two chairs, folding card table, flat screen TV with freeview & DVD player. There is also a piano & a selection of books, not to mention the lovely SEA VIEWS.
The Second Floor has the family bathroom.
This spacious room has bath with shower attachment and shower screen, also a large wash basin.
There is a separate WC.
There is a bedroom having two single beds.
Also on this floor is a very spacious double bedroom, with SEA VIEWS.
The Top Floor has a single bedroom with small TV & DVD player, ideal as a kids getaway for games consoles (please bring your own console).
Note: Top bedroom only, there is no aerial connection for TV reception. This is just for DVD's & gaming consoles.
All beds have DUVETS.

There is a £40 booking fee.
The property is let Saturday to Saturday.
From October until Easter - 2 weekly bookings taken only.
There are a good selection of local pubs, several with real ales, most within level walking distance.
Also various takeaways & restaurants, including Indian, Mexican, Nepalese, Fish & Chips,etc.
The beach is just across the road & has views from Dover to Dungeness with occasional glimpses of the French coast. The beach is very popular for bathing, playing & Beach fishing. It is rocky in places directly opposite the house, but this clears within a few hundred metres towards Hythe.
There is a sea wall with wide promenade for walking or cycling.
There are local shops and public houses within a mile. Sandgate has a selection of small shops, pubs, restaurants, takeaways and antique shops.
There is a coastal park, children's play area along by the seafront between Sandgate & Folkestone.
